Feedback
Allows the admin user to add feedback form to each menu, so that the users can send
their feedbacks to the administrator. The admin user can view these feedbacks and
can reply to them. The feedback form will display at the bottom of selected pages. The feedback
form asks the Name and e-mail of the user and allows the user to put their enquiries, suggestions, problems and praises.
The main actions are:
Set Feedback Form
Allows the admin user to set feedback form to the web pages that are dynamically
added by the admin user. Feedback form can be set to specified menus and to the
whole menus. A Form Title and Description can be given, which will display on each
feedback form.

To add Feedbackform Title and Description
- Click the Set Feedback Form button from the Admin Home
page.
- Enter Feedback Form Title and Description. (If
required).
- Click the Update button to save the Title and Description.
To set Feedback Forms
- Click the Set Feedback Form button from the Admin Home
page.
- Select menu(s) from the Menu Tree.
- Click the Set button to add feedback forms to those menus.
To remove Feedback Forms
- Click the Set Feedback Form button from the Admin Home
page.
- Select menu(s) from the Menu Tree.
- Click the Reset button to add feedback forms to those menus.
Notes
- You must be logged on as an admin user or member of the admin category
in order to complete this procedure.
- Click Set To All button to set feedback form to all menus/pages.
- Click Reset All button to remove feedback form from all menus/pages.
View Feedback
Allows the admin user to view visitor's feedbacks. The admin user can also reply
and delete the specified feedback(s).

To Open visitors feedback
- Click the Set Feedback Form button from the Admin Home
page.
- Select a feedback from the list of feedbacks.
- Click the Open button to open the selected feedback.
To reply for a feedback
- Click the Set Feedback Form button from the Admin Home
page.
- Select a feedback from the list of feedbacks.
- Enter the addresses and reply message.
- Click the Send button to send the reply.
To delete a feedback
- Click the Set Feedback Form button from the Admin Home
page.
- Select a feedback from the list of feedbacks.
- Click the Delete button to delete the selected feedback.
Notes
- You must be logged on as an admin user or member of the admin category
in order to complete this procedure.
- If multiple selection occures, the first one will be considered as selected.
