The main actions are:
Email Settings
Allows the admin user to configure e-mail settings and to enter confirmation messages.
User can enable or disable the e-mail facility or block certain types of e-mails.
It also allows to manage the log mails to the administrator.

To update Email Settings
- Click the Email Settings button from the Admin Home page.
- Enter Mail server URL.
- Enter Default Mail Address.
- Enter CC list, Bcc list etc. if required.
- Block or allow mails and logs from and to the site / default mail id.
- Click Updatebutton to save the changes.
Confirmation Messages and Auto Responders
Allows the admin user to save appropriate e-mail messages sending under different
situations. The subject and the body of the message can be determined earlier and
can be stored.

To update Confirmation Message and Auto Responders
- Click the Email Settings button from the Admin Home page.
- Choose the desired option from the radio button list.
- Enter Subject.
- Enter Body.
- Click Update button to save the changes.
Notes
- Insert the <br>
tag where ever you want to break or start a new line.
Allows the admin user to configure the Search Engine Optimization (SEO) details.
The SEO options includes page title, description and keywords. User can set a default
SEO details or make it different to each page.

To provide default SEO details
- Click the SEO Settings button from the Admin Home
page.
- Enter default page title, description and keywords for the site.
- Click Update button to save the changes.
Notes
- The default SEO details will not take effect until you explicitly put the
'Use default SEO details' option.
- The default SEO details can be set to multiple menus at a time.
To provide separate SEO details to each page
- Click the SEO Settings button from the Admin Home
page.
- Select a menu from the Menu Tree and click the Select
button.
- Enter page title, description and keywords under the section Single-page
SEO settings.
- Click Update button to save the changes.
Notes
- The 'Use default SEO details' option will override the individual
SEO details given to that page/menu.
To provide default SEO details to multiple pages
- Click the SEO Settings button from the Admin Home
page.
- Select required menus from the Menu Tree and click the
Select button.
- Select/Unselect the 'Use default SEO details for all selected page(s)'
option under the section Multi-page SEO settings.
- Click Update button to save the changes.
Notes
- The 'Use default SEO details for all selected page(s)' option
will override the individual SEO details given to the selected page(s)/menu(s).
Allows the user (probably the admin user) to connect the website with its database.
User can select either MS Access database or SQL Server database. Both will allow
to enter the connection string directly. The selection of SQL Server will also allows
to enter the connection string parameters for the database.

To modify the database configuration
- Click the Database Configuration button from the Admin
Home page.
- Select the required type of database.
- Enter the connection string for connecting the database.
- Click Test button to test the connection using the given connection
string.
- Click Save button to save the changes.
Notes
- The Database Configuration form will come automatically during
the first running of the site.
- The selection of SQL Server database will allow to provide the connection parameters
instead of the the direct connection string.
- The changing of the database may cause alignment problems if the files doesn't
exists in the paths given in the database.
Allows admin users to view the details of users who were downloaded the items from
the site. Admin user can delete all or selected entries from the list. The list
of users can be viewed by selecting particular download item.

To view the list of downloaders
- Click the View Download Users button from the Admin Home
page.
- Select the download item from the list.
- Click the View button to display the list of users.
To delete the list of downloaders
- Click the View Download Users button from the Admin Home
page.
- Select the download item from the list.
- Click the Delete button to delete the list of users.
To delete the list of selecte downloaders
- Click the View Download Users button from the Admin Home
page.
- Select the download item from the list.
- Click the View button to display the list of users.
- Select the unwanted users from the grid.
- Click the Delete Selected button to delete the selected list of
users.
