Layout and Theme

Layout and Theme provides a way to manage the layout and theme of the website. So the administrator can change the look and feel of the website periodically.

In order to perform these tasks, you might need to logged on as an admin user or a member of the admin category.

The main actions are:

Add Layout and Theme


The Add Layout and Theme page is used to add new layout(s) and theme(s) to to the website.

To add a layout

  1. Click the Add (under Layout & Theme) button from the Admin Home page.
  2. In Layout Name, enter the name for your layout. 
  3. Browse the master page file.
  4. Browse preview image (optional).
  5. In Description, enter description fior the layout (optional).
  6. Click the Add button to add the layout.

To add a theme

  1. Click the Add (under Layout & Theme) button from the Admin Home page.
  2. Select the Layout. 
  3. In Theme Name, enter the name for the theme.
  4. Browse the zip formatted file of the theme.
  5. Browse the theme preview image (optional).
  6. Click the Add button to add the theme.

Delete Layout and Theme


The Delete Layout and Theme page is used to delete layout(s) and theme(s) from the website..

To delete layout

  1. Click the Delete (under Layout & Theme) button from the Admin Home page
  2. Select the Layout to be deleted.
  3. Click the Delete button.

To delete theme

  1. Click the Delete (under Layout & Theme) button from the Admin Home page
  2. Select the Theme to be deleted.
  3. Click the Delete button.

Set Layout and Theme


The Set Layout and Theme page is used to set the layout and theme to the website.

To set layout and Theme

  1. Select the Layout to be changed.
  2. Select the Theme to be changed.
  3. Click the Set button.
